Our assignment was to create 2 characters. I created then using only the circle shape.To create the mouth and eyebrows I used the nodes tools to help curve them. My other image was to learn to blend colors. I duplicated my picture to create the sand.Finally for the light rays I crated a white rectangle and make it blend from white to transparent, and used the nodes tool to curve the square out.
