Our assignment was to create 2 characters. I created then using only the circle shape.To create the mouth and eyebrows I used the nodes tools to help curve them. My other image was to learn to blend colors. I duplicated my picture to create the sand.Finally for the light rays I crated a white rectangle and make it blend from white to transparent, and used the nodes tool to curve the square out.

The big question in 2012 was if the soon to be president, Enrique Peña Nieto, would be able to bring peace in Mexico by capturing the lord of the drug cartels as he promised.The past Saturday they finally captured Joaquin Guzman also known as “El Chapo”. So has the president done a good job by capturing him? Will El Chapo’s arrest stop the drug cartels and bring peace in Mexico? Now these are the question that people are asking themselves.The last one is it really El Chapo that they captured or is this all fake?

I used gimp to change the shirt,eyes,and clear up her face.i began clearing her face using the clone too.I used the free select tool to go around her eyes and shirt and then color it in. I blended the color of her eyes and shirt to be able to look more realistic.
Before technology got to put movies on the website many people rented movies.We rented movies from libraries and stores that leased them for 1 to 3 days. I am sure that sometimes we would forget to return them because something came up that day but we usually turn them in because we would want to rent another movie. Kayla Michelle on the other hand forgot to return the movie she rented in 2005. She claims she forgot to return it because she was packing her stuff to move out of the state. The owner of the store she rented it from says he notified she police not long after she didn’t return the VHS. the sheriff says that the owner had sent her letters to turn herself in, but she simply never received them.For that reason kayla was arrested and stayed in jail for one night.It is good we have Netflix’s now so we won’t have to go to jail for not returning a movie like Kayla.article by Doug Gross, CNN,February 17,2014
In the east coast the storm has been very bad. the snow cover large part of the cities in the morning. By afternoon it rains and gets the snow hard causing it to become ice. This has caused many flight to be canceled to leave or come in. In addition to this the snow has caused many deaths.One being of a pregnate mother. Luckily she was able to be helped in the emergency room to save her baby. Although her baby was saved this caused the baby to have problems and his mothers death. So far there has been 18 deaths including the mothers death.

Kids bring you happines and light up your life. Although sometimes they give you headaches, get you mad,and do not the smarter things. After all that its what makes you love them. Imagine you had lost all your kids and can never see them again for being in the wrong place at the wrong time.Dinyal New lost both of her kids one right after the other. on new years day her 11 year old son was going home from his boys and girls club. When he got off the bus they shot him 18 times! Before her heart could even heel of her lost soon a week later her 19 year old son died!Police don’t know why they were killed because as far as people in Oakland knew they where no gang members.
